The linen shade casts such a warm, diffused glow in our hallway—exactly the cozy feel I was after. I love that you can mix and match the materials; we went with a walnut backplate and it looks fantastic against the white wall.

I was worried the hardwood backplate might look too rustic, but it complements the crisp linen shade perfectly in my hallway. The warm glow it casts is exactly what I was hoping for, and the whole setup took less than ten minutes to install.

The linen shade gives off such a warm, diffused glow in our reading nook. I was pleasantly surprised by how substantial the hardwood backplate feels against the wall.
